Our 75-minute practice for you and your yoga partner is a great way to relax and unwind. Experience a private Vinyasa/Hatha yoga which joins physical postures/asanas with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice.
We’ll dive deeper into pranayama (breathwork) and meditation to connect with the breath and self, bring stillness, evoke self-love, and promote full-body awareness.
