Practice Self Love During This Florida Yoga Workshop
Heal through this workshop with a potent yoga practice with positive affirmations, pranayama (breathwork practice), and healing mantra meditation. Creating a sacred space to heal, share, and build a community, this sacred workshop will be a safe space to honor our emotions and experience the potency of yoga.
Through a 75-minute yoga practice, we focus on healing through breath and body awareness. We finish with a self-reflection journaling session.
