Creating a sacred space to heal, share, and build a community, this workshop will take you through a potent yoga practice with positive affirmations, deep pranayama (breathwork practice), and healing mantra meditation.
SUP WARRIOR YOGA
SUP Warrior Yoga, a collaboration with SUP Pup Fort Lauderdale. Every second and fourth Saturday we offer a special 90-minute “stress relieving” class focusing on being present and connecting with nature on the paddle board. A gentle Hatha yoga class, emphasizing on the breath throughout the class. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated!
